Complaints

How to complain

If a page on littlekid.co.uk is wrong — a bonus term is out of date, a payment limit has changed, a screenshot no longer matches the live site — please send a short email to editorial@littlekid.co.uk with the page URL, the exact text you disagree with and, if possible, a link or a screenshot showing the correct information. We aim to answer these messages within two working days.

Escalation

If our initial reply does not resolve your complaint, ask for the message to be escalated to the editor on duty; they will re-read the correspondence and reply within a further two working days. For complaints about advertising standards or affiliate disclosure, the ASA in the United Kingdom accepts complaints from members of the public at asa.org.uk. For complaints about how Lilibet handled your account, contact the operator's licensing regulator.

Operator complaints

Complaints about Lilibet itself — an unpaid withdrawal, a locked account, a bonus dispute — must be raised with Lilibet customer support first. If the response is unsatisfactory after eight weeks (or sooner, if the operator issues a final position letter), you can escalate to the operator's Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, listed in Lilibet's terms, or to the UK Gambling Commission at gamblingcommission.gov.uk.

What we can do

As an editorial site we can correct our own pages, publish a follow-up when a widely-reported problem is resolved and add a note to a review when the operator's behaviour changes. We do not have access to your player account, we cannot release a held payout, and we cannot lift a self-exclusion — those actions belong to Lilibet and, in some cases, to the licensing regulator.

Timeline

Editorial complaints: first reply within two working days; escalation reply within a further two working days; final position within ten working days. Operator complaints (via Lilibet): first reply typically within 24 hours, final position within eight weeks under the United Kingdom standard. Regulator complaints: the ADR provider or the Gambling Commission publish their own service standards; expect several weeks for a full response.

What to prepare

Before you write, gather: the page URL where the problem appeared, the date and approximate time you saw it, the browser and device you were using, a screenshot if the issue is visual, and any correspondence you have already exchanged with Lilibet support. A five-line email with these details is faster to resolve than a longer message that leaves us guessing.
